John Kayuni and Partners was established on 17th December 2020 as a bridge gap for people who were facing challenges in getting legal representations and getting certificates of title deeds. It was also propelled by the fact that it was to cater for clients who needed a state of the art private legal consultation and have their rights protected. Initially, a firm called Lujoka Enterprises Limited was established in 2012 to deal only with real estates and conveyancing matters. As the company grew, it was felt that there was need to have a law firm to handle the litigation side of business. Therefore in December 2020, the law firm was set up to offer professional legal services, tax consultancy, labour and employment, mining law, land survey, planning law, criminal investigations and other advisory services.
